Refund Policy |
If you
mistakenly order a manual that you already have, or if we ship you the
wrong book, video, or other item, we will gladly take it back and issue
the appropriate credit or refund.
Our
manuals are “tools of the trade.” We do not allow anyone to buy them,
try them and return them if they don’t like them. In certain cases, we
will allow returns, though in most cases there will be a restocking fee.
